The City Planning Commission wants everyone in New Orleans to participate in the creation of the city’s Master Plan-our blueprint for the next 20 years- and the development of a new, user-friendly Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. Your participation will help ensure that these important city documents will reflect our community’s vision and goals for the future, the policies that we want to follow, and the strategies that we decide to pursue to achieve the vision. 

Via the website you will find information on the master planning and rezoning processes:  details on how you can become involved; a calendar of master plan and CZO events; and, as they’re developed, draft and final reports, maps photos, videos and more.  You’ll also find a place to tell us what you think and read what others have said- about different issues related to the project.
